Power Down andBox Check
Circuit switched off and verified, then we confirm the box is rated for the fixture.
What we hang
Ceiling fans and light fixtures mounted flush, wired safely, and running quiet.

Flush mounted, balanced, quiet
A wobbling fan or a canopy that never sits flat usually traces back to the box behind it. We check that the ceiling box is rated for the fixture and fan-rated where a fan is going in, make solid connections, and balance the blades so the finished install runs quiet.
The service
Ceiling fans, flush mounts, pendants, chandeliers, vanity lights, and outdoor fixtures. Power is switched off and verified before we start, old fixtures come down cleanly, and the new one goes up tight to the ceiling with connections made properly.

Our steps
Circuit switched off and verified, then we confirm the box is rated for the fixture.
Old fixture comes down, bracket goes up secure, connections made properly.
We test switches and speeds, balance the blades, and clean up before leaving.

Where we stop and tell you
We replace fixtures on existing wiring. If we find an unrated box, aluminum wiring, no ground, or a circuit issue, we'll stop and explain what a licensed electrician needs to do — rather than close it up and hope.
The difference a proper install makes
Fan-rated mounting and balanced blades keep things steady and quiet.
No gaps between the fixture and the ceiling once we're done.
Properly made and secured connections inside a rated box.
Switches, pull chains, and remotes tested before we go.
Pendants and chandeliers hung at a height that suits the room.
Old fixture removed, packaging taken, ladder marks and dust cleaned up.
Straight answers about your ceiling
We confirm the ceiling box can carry the fixture before it goes up.
The right ladder and downrod approach for tall rooms and stairwells.
If it needs a licensed electrician, we say so plainly.
Furniture protected, floors covered, dust contained.
